Merry Christmas Ugandans — President Museveni sends festive message

President Yoweri Museveni has his festive message to Ugandans. He stated the forthcoming festive season is a time for everybody to reflect and praise his/her self on whatever he/she determined to accomplish during the beginning of this year.
