Singer Eddy Kenzo has just purchased a mansion in Sseguku.

The house is located 1km from the main Entebbe Road and is seated on Seguku Hill.

The storeyed house has 15 rooms in total, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The entire house space is 1394 square metres.

It has a solar power that connects automatically during power blackouts so there won’t be any dark days for the Sitya Loss singer and his baby mama Rema Namakula.

Kenzo didn’t construct the house as he purchased it already complete.

The house that Kenzo has named Kenzo Paris Mansion is valued at a whopping $500,000 (currently about Shs1.5bn!)

The house while still on sale on the lamudi property website. The price tag was $500,000.

It was listed for sale on property management website Lamudi last year and it has found a buyer in Eddy Kenzo 216 days later.

The house stayed that long without a buyer because of a hefty $500,000 price tag but the price was listed as negotiable.

We are not sure how much exactly Kenzo paid for the house, but he has bagged several thousands of dollars over the past year, travelling the world and performing at sold out concerts, thanks to his Sitya Loss hit.

Kenzo held a duwa (prayers) after entering the house, before his baby mama Rema hosted family and friends to a sumptuous meal.
