Do you remember Mary Luswata? The motor-mouth gossip queen who irked celebrities with uncensored gossip on Urban TV’s ‘Scoop On Scoop’ ? Yes, long before Tinah Fierce or Spark TV’s Live Wire, Mary Luswata was the real deal!

Mary’s unorthodox style earned her bitter feud with several local stars and socialites like Judith Heard, Ziza Bafana, Doreen Komuhangi, Gravity Omutujju among others.

At the height of the ‘beef’ with Gravity, the rapper released a song titled ‘Luswata’ dedicated to the presenter. He described her  with all kinds of uncouth phrases. There were also reports that she later had a security detail due to the threats she received. She was hailed as Uganda’s Wendy Williams. Damn, she lived the life!

Guess what? She is back! However, this time round Mary Luswata will be hosting Urban TV’s interactive lifestyle show, Salon Talk.  She comes as replacement for Judithiana who recently left the station.
