“The Shs50 million has allowed me to grow my business and invest in land for farming. I now have a banana plantation, coffee, beans, groundnuts, and millet, and I’ve also bought crossbreed cows for grazing. This money has opened new doors for me and my family. I was even able to enroll my children in better schools and renovate my house to the standard I always dreamed of. Uganda Breweries has truly uplifted me.”

Over 1 million consumers across Uganda participated, with the campaign distributing a total of Shs 1 billion in prizes. “Laga Swagga was about more than just winning; it was about transforming lives,” Amanyire emphasized.

Susan’s story serves as a powerful reminder of how Uganda Breweries actively promotes its brands to uplift, empower, and celebrate Ugandans, positively impacting the communities it serves. This is particularly significant as Uganda Waragi celebrates its 60th anniversary this year.
