Over the weekend, Pilsner Lager, a brand of Uganda Breweries Limited, joined the Kwegoza Avenue, a vibrant celebration of Bunyoro and Tooro culture, at the UMA grounds in Lugogo.
This year, Pilsner Lager joined the celebrations with great excitement, setting up an immersive cultural village that became a highlight of the event.
The event was buzzing with energy as attendees explored the Pilsner Lager Cultural Village. Designed to showcase the rich traditions and customs of the Bunyoro and Tooro communities, the village offered various engaging activities.

“Our cultural village was designed to bring people together, allowing them to experience and appreciate the traditions that make our country unique. We are committed to supporting and preserving Uganda’s cultural legacy through events like this.,” he stated.
As the sun began to set, the stage was set for an unforgettable performance by Douglas Byaruhanda, aka Big Doug, Ruyonga, and the sensational Winnie Nwagi.
