Following suit, District 9214 will carry the torch with a four-day extravaganza that shall commence on Wednesday, April 24th, all the way till Saturday, April 27th.
Over 2000 Rotarians from districts 9213 and 9214, spanning Uganda and Tanzania, are expected to grace the two events.
The conference which aims to bring together Rotarians and other stakeholders to exchange ideas, share experiences and plan for the future, will also present attendees a unique opportunity for participants to savour the distinct and smooth taste of Johnnie Walker, as well as benefit from its premium experience and offerings.
At the conference, Uganda Breweries Ltd will showcase their Johnnie Walker range of whisky, that includes the iconic Johnnie Walker Black Label, the smooth and rich Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve, and the luxurious Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
Besides enjoying a steady flow of tasty cocktails, guests will have an opportunity to learn how to best enjoy their whisky through a series of mentorships that will be conducted throughout the two events.
Christine Kyokunda, the Scotch & Reserve Brand Manager at UBL, expressed her excitement about Johnnie Walker’s participation, promising Rotarians an unforgettable whisky experience steeped in the brand’s rich heritage.
