Singer Joshua Baraka has refuted reports of him having dated fellow singer Gloria Mulungi Ssenyonjo, better known as Baby Gloria.
Baraka, who lately openly talks about his romantic relationship with renowned DJ and emcee Etania Mutoni, stated that Baby Gloria is simply a colleague in the industry and that he never dated her.
“She is an acquaintance as she’s a nice person. I had a crush on her but crushes come and go,” he said during an interview on a local TV.
Before quitting the Kampala Crème show, Baby Gloria revealed that her future husband must be Born Again, as she can never marry a man who is not Born Again.
Meanwhile, Baraka revealed why he decided to fall in love with Etania, saying their nature of work complements each other.
“I am dating Etania because she complements me, and we work well together. I consider myself fortunate to be with her,” he said.
Earlier this month, Etania Mutoni ‘soft launched’ her relationship with Baraka as she expressed her affection, saying, “I’m a lover girl for real, for real.”
