A woman is seeking authorities’ help to hunt for her boyfriend, whom she accuses of robbing her household items.

The woman’s sister, who withheld their names, narrates that before the robbery happened, their sister told their family about her plans to officially introduce her boyfriend, identified as Lukyamuzi Timothy.

A Kukyala ceremony was organized, and their sister introduced her boyfriend to the family.

“The guy came with a few of his family members and brought a few things since it was just Kukyala; we didn’t mind about it,” reads the post in part.

However, a few days after the ceremony, it is alleged that the man asked for his girlfriend’s apartment key.

“Since the guy had just attended the Kukyala, my sister trusted him and gave him the keys. The following day when my sister went to work, the guy brought a lorry and stole all her valuable things from her apartment, including all the money she had,” the sister claims in the post.

She further says that they have tried to look for the man, but they can’t find him. They decided to open up a case at Kanyanya Police Station.

Kampala Metropolitan Deputy spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire is among the many who have commented on the post, and he promised to follow up on the case.
