Former She Cranes captain and two-time African champion, Peace Proscovia, has been appointed as the assistant coach for the Uganda Netball team at the upcoming UK Vitality Netball Nations Cup.

Proscovia, renowned for her exceptional leadership and on-court prowess, will be supporting head coach Fred Mugerwa in guiding a talented squad of 12 ladies to the prestigious tournament, set to take place across the weekends of 20-21 and 27-28 January 2024 in England and Wales.

Having captained Uganda to two separate Netball World Cup championships, Proscovia brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to her new coaching role.
