Sharif Higenyi, the gateman and gardener for opposition strongman Robert Kyagulanyi, alias Bobi Wine, is among the 1,862 graduands at the 28th graduation ceremony of Kampala International University (KIU) this afternoon.
Higenyi, who has served as Bobi Wine’s head of security at his residence in Magere, is poised to receive a diploma in Public Administration as he steps into a new chapter of academic achievement.
