Amid the aftermath of the recent musical face-off between Cindy and Sheebah, singer King Saha, real name Mansour Ssemanda, has ignited excitement by challenging BET Award winner Eddy Kenzo to the music battle. Saha dared Kenzo during his freestyle session at his residence in Entebbe.
In the video making the rounds on social media, Saha said, “I’ve heard someone say that he can only hold battles in Senegal or Colombia. Well, I’m here – let’s take it to Senegal or Colombia.”
It’s noteworthy that Eddy Kenzo, in response to the Cindy-Sheebah clash, expressed his belief that such musical showdowns could cultivate artistic growth and amplify the music industry’s commercial facet. He, however, underlined the requirement for any aspiring to go against him to be ready to venture beyond Uganda’s borders.
“If any artist believes they have the skills to challenge me, I’m open to participating, under the condition that the battle maintains a peaceful spirit. My preference for such battles would be in Senegal or Colombia,” Kenzo said.
Both Kenzo and Saha bring extensive music catalogues to the table, setting the stage for a formidable showdown if the battle comes to fruition.
