At the 4th annual Presidential CEO Forum hosted at Kiira Motors plant in Jinja last week, President Yoweri Museveni extended recognition and appreciation to Dr. Ruth Aisha Kasolo, the Project Director of Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU).
During his address at the event, Museveni commended Dr. Ruth Aisha Kasolo for her unwavering dedication to the Government of Uganda’s cause. He highlighted her role in shedding light on falsifications, identifying gaps, and rectifying errors within the government systems.
“My daughter Dr. Aisha Kasolo from Buikwe has been actively engaged since we launched the Presidential CEO forum. She has played a vital role in exposing inaccuracies, identifying deficiencies, and rectifying mistakes within our government systems,” Museveni remarked.
The Presidential CEO Forum was also attended by Prime Minister RT. Hon. Robbinah Nabbanja, First Deputy Prime Minister RT. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga, Members of Parliament, and CEOs representing various companies.
The focal theme of this year’s forum centered around Uganda’s industrialization agenda, positioning the country as a pioneering source of E-mobility solutions in Africa.
Museveni also emphasized the paramount significance of education in driving successful businesses, as investments require a skilled and educated workforce to thrive.
Additionally, he reassured private sector CEOs that the government is committed to facilitating a range of strategic incentives aimed at enhancing the affordability of producing goods and services.
