Laugh with Owakabi Comedy Show delivers pure comedic brilliance

Acholi Inn in Gulu was engulfed in an evening of uncontrollable laughter as MC Kash, one of Northern Uganda’s finest comedy talents, celebrated the remarkable 6th anniversary of his highly anticipated Laugh with Owakabi Comedy Show last Friday. The event was proudly sponsored by Uganda Waragi, creating an unforgettable night of pure comedic brilliance.

Since its inception, MC Kash’s Laugh with Owakabi Comedy Show has become a staple in Northern Uganda’s comedy scene. It has consistently delivered unparalleled comedic experiences, treating guests to the unadulterated joy of laughter. This year’s show was no exception, featuring stellar performances from both international acts and local talents.

African Joker, hailing from Zambia, was left spellbound by Uganda Waragi’s support, adding his own touch of humour to the unforgettable evening. Oga Obina from Kenya also took the stage, adding an international flavour to the already vibrant atmosphere.

The show showcased an array of exceptional comedians from Northern Uganda, including the comedic duo Ali and Katta from Gulu, as well as Sundiata from Arua. The crowd showered them with unwavering support as the night progressed, ensuring a truly memorable experience for all.

Expressing his gratitude, MC Kash sincerely thanked his loyal fans for joining him on this incredible journey over the years. He also acknowledged the unwavering support of his fellow comedians, who always come through to uplift the shows. MC Kash made sure to express his deep appreciation to Uganda Waragi, the event’s sponsors, for their commitment to promoting the skills of talented Ugandan comedians.
