Uganda Cranes left-back Aziz Kayondo has completed his transfer to Leganes B of Spain.
Kayondo joins the Spanish side from MFK Vyskov in the Czech Republic, where he never officially played since being captured from Vipers in 2021.
The defender spent last season in the USA, playing on loan at Real Monarch, and featured in 15 MSL NextPro games.
At Leganes B, Kayondo will be a teammate with fellow countryman Ibrahim Juma, who completed his move last year.
Leganes B is a developmental side for CD Leganes and features in Group 5 of the Spanish Segunda Federacion.
Former Vipers left back Kayondo burst onto the scene from the St. Mary’s Kitende.
He was named the best left-back at the 2021 U20 AFCON tournament while playing for the Uganda Hippos.
