Busoga Kingdom is organizing a red-carpet royal wedding dinner to raise funds for the upcoming wedding of Kyabazinga William Gabula Nadiope IV and Her Royal Highness Jovia Mutesi.

Justine Kasule Lumumba, who heads the publicity, communication, and entertainment on the Busoga royal wedding organizing committee, revealed that this grand banquet is set to take place on October 27 at Kololo Independence Grounds, starting at 5 pm.

Attendance cards for the event have been priced at Shs500,000 each, and a table will be available for Shs5 million.

Lumumba clarified that this event is just one of several activities happening in Busoga and beyond. It serves as an opportunity for friends of Busoga, corporate organizations, humanitarian agencies, and other partners to participate in and showcase their support for the royal festivities.

The Kyabazinga and Inebantu Jovia Mutesi’s Busoga royal wedding is scheduled for November 18 at Bugembe Cathedral. In the lead-up to the big day, various activities have been planned, including health camps, tree-planting initiatives, and town clean-up campaigns, among others.
