Uganda Airlines has launched the Uganda Airlines Mobile App, which will enable travellers to access the airline’s services like booking.

Jennifer Bamuturaki, Chief Executive Officer of Uganda Airlines, expressed the significance of this milestone, emphasizing the airline’s dedication to service excellence.

“As we continue to advance our service delivery, we recognize the pivotal role that mobile technology plays in modern travel. The Uganda Airlines Mobile App brings convenience to the fingertips of our passengers, offering an intuitive solution that caters to their needs,” Bamuturaki stated during the launch event at Sheraton Hotel, Kampala on Tuesday.

Available for both iOS and Android smartphones, the app has features aimed at simplifying the travel experience. Passengers can access flight information, book and pay for flights, monitor flight statuses and schedules, manage personal flight details, facilitate check-ins, and even enrol in the exclusive CraneFlyer Frequent Flyer program.

Uganda Airlines is the national carrier for Uganda that was re-established in 2018 and started operating in 2019 with two planes but has now grown to have six aircrafts that fly to about 20 destinations as of 2023.
