Evelyn Anite, the Minister of Investment and Privatization, has never shied away from expressing her deep affection for her husband, Allan Kajik, in public. On Sunday, the minister shared photos of their vacation, capturing a seemingly intimate kiss.

In her photo caption, Anite playfully remarked, “Happy Sunday friends, next time I will go for holidays with only those who make good comments.”

However, the endearing moment was met with some less-than-polite remarks on Twitter. Patrick Akuku expressed concern, stating, “But honourable, kissing is emotional and eyes should be closed. What is this you are doing?”

The minister swiftly replied, “It’s important to see what you’re eating.”

Another user, Eddie, humorously added, “As if eating hot porridge.”

Gabriel Buule curiously questioned, “Is this kissing or drinking?”

Even amidst the online chatter, Moze Serugo sarcastically quipped, “Guinness World Record kiss.”

Despite the mixed reactions, Anite stands firm in her openness about her love for her husband, showing that public figures, too, have personal lives worth celebrating.
