Burial arrangements for the late Kato Lubwama announced, to be laid to rest next week

The family and friends of the late former Rubaga South legislator, Kato Lubwama, have released details regarding his burial arrangements. Lubwama, who tragically passed away this morning, will be laid to rest at his ancestral home in Nkozi, Mawokota, on Wednesday of next week.

The procession will commence with his body being transported from the Funeral Home on Friday, June 9, to his residence in Mutundwe.

Some of the veteran actors during a meeting at the home of the Late Kato Lubwama.

A requiem mass in honour of Lubwama will be held on Sunday, June 11, at the Rubaga Cathedral. On Tuesday, June 12, his body will be taken to the National Theater, where fellow actors and the public will have the opportunity to pay their final respects.

The final interment will take place on June 14. Lubwama’s unexpected passing was attributed to complications related to his heart condition. He was 52 years old at the time of his demise.
