“I am his mentor and I didn’t go school,” Alien Skin reveals why Champion Gudo is not at school

Have you ever wondered whether Champion Gudo, the lead bouncer of singer Alien Skin, attends school? Alien Skin has shed light on the matter, explaining why Gudo’s education is not a priority.

During a press conference held at his residence in Kizungu, Makindye, Alien Skin, disclosed that he himself did not pursue formal education. Consequently, he feels unable to advocate for Gudo to attend school.

“Education was not part of my journey, but I’ve been able to make a living through my talent. Gudo will follow a similar path. He excels as both a bouncer and a singer,” stated Alien Skin.

It is important to recall that in 2020, the then Youth Minister, Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi, intervened when Patrick Ssenyonjo, popularly known as Fresh Kid, at the age of 7, found success in the music industry. Nakiwala emphasized the importance of education and stressed that labour laws prohibit individuals under the age of 18 from working.

Fresh Kid was granted a scholarship by the Ruparelia Foundation to attend Kampala Parents School (KPS) and is currently enrolled in Primary six.

In the midst of these discussions, Alien Skin has launched his Sitya Danger concert, scheduled for this Friday at Freedom City, coinciding with Pallaso’s Love Fest Concert.

“What began as a lighthearted idea from my fans in the ghetto has now become a serious event. We must all come together at Freedom City this Friday,” exclaimed Alien Skin.

Alien Skin provided an explanation for his spontaneous decision to stage his concert on the same day with Pallaso, stating, “Given that Friday is a public holiday (Heroes Day), feel free to attend any concert of your choice.”

“I have invited all the new testament artistes to perform at my concert. The old testament musicians can join Pallaso’s concert,” he added.

He further bragged that he possesses a natural talent and therefore requires no rehearsals prior to his concert.

Tickets are priced at 10k for general and 20k for VIP access.
