Ugandan forward Ssebuufu joins Ibrah Sekagya at New York Red Bulls II

Wakiso Giants forward Frank Ssebuufu has completed his move to New York Red Bulls II, a USA-based side coached by former Uganda Cranes captain Ibrahim Sekagya.

“Wakiso Giants and New York Red Bulls II have reached an agreement on the transfer of Frank Ssebuufu to the United States of America club,” reads a statement from Wakiso Giants.

Ssebuufu joined Wakiso Giants in 2021 from Lungujja Galaxy.

He was recently part of the Uganda Cranes CHAN team and played almost every game at the tournament.

Besides joining Sekagya, who is the head coach at New York Red Bulls II, he will also join Ugandan midfielder Steven Sserwadda.
