Bobi Wine’s son, Shadrack Mbogo, has been voted as Head Prefect at Hillside Naalya Primary school, in the school’s 2022 prefectorial elections.
The good news of Shadrack becoming Hillside Naalya Primary School’s head Prefect has been shared on social media by his mother Barbie Kyagulanyi early this morning.

“The Open Campaigns. The post. The landslide Win. The newly elected Head Prefect is Shadrack Mbogo. Congratulations Son,” Barbie captioned Shadrack’s poster.

As a head Prefect, Shadrack will be responsible for representing the school at events, serving as a good role model for students, and sharing pupils’ ideas with the school’s uppermost leadership.

He will also work alongside his new team of prefects and also assist them with their duties. They all meet with the Head Teacher or Year 6 teacher regularly to discuss school developments and timetable responsibilities.

Shadrack is the fourth person and second child from the Kyagulanyi family to take on a leadership role. His father, Robert Kyagulanyi, better known as Bobi Wine, is the former Member of Parliament, Kyadondo East, and a 2021 Presidential candidate. Secondly, his sister Shalom Namagembe was voted as Hillside Naalya Primary School Library Prefect in 2019.

Leadership flows in the bloodstream of the Kyagulanyi family as Solomon Kampala, the firstborn, has also served in the capacity of prefect at St. Mary’s College Kisubi where he was recently suspended after being found in possession of narcotics and a lighter.
