A year ago, Zari Hassan’s son Raphael Ssemwanga came out of the closet and confessed that he likes fellow boys.

Through a live Instagram video, Raphael revealed that he finds boys more attractive than girls.

Raphael pointed out that it is something he has been thinking about for too long and has come to the realization that he likes gents.

In his revelation, Raphael acknowledged that he might be judged but that’s what he ‘sees’ in his heart and ‘just what it is.

“I took some time, I was thinking every time, and I think I like gents. You guys might judge me, you might think it’s not who I am, but in my heart, I see gents attractive and not females but that’s just what it is,” he said.

After the incident, Raphael’s mother came out and revealed that her son was forced to the point of recording the video in order to ‘discourage older women from disturbing him with their nudes on a daily’ hence stressing that Raphael actually had a girlfriend.

The excited Zari has again shared a photo of Raphael holding his girlfriend while they took a mirror selfie on her official Instagram story. She captioned it, “God bless you guys,” and added a red rose and kiss emoji.

The South Africa-based Ugandan socialite, businesswoman, and gorgeous mother of five fully supports her son, Raphael’s relationship with his girlfriend, identified as Leila. And it is evident from her recent post.
