Messi’s room won’t be accessible to guests anymore. Instead, there are plans to transform the space into a small museum, with all of the Paris Saint-Germain star’s belongings maintained for the benefit of future students and tourists.

The 35-year-old inspired his national team to their first World Cup title since 1986. Messi scored twice in the final against France. He also converted a penalty in the shootout.
