Top TV premises seized by employees over salary delay

Journalists working with TOP TV and TOP Radio have laid down tools and locked the stations.

The employees are once again accusing Pastor Jackson Senyonga of not paying them for a long time.

Sources say that there has been no communication about this at all from the pastor, which has brought about uncertainty among the employees.

While some workers have decided to look for other placements elsewhere, others have laid down the tools and decided to lock down the Top Media premises.

This is not the first time Top Radio and Top TV employees have gone on strike. Last year, the workers dragged Pastor Ssenyonga to the Gender Ministry, along with the station’s general manager, Ronald Mubiru, over the same.
