Spice Diana’s murder case: DPP takes over

Kampala Metropolitan deputy police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire has disclosed that singer Spice Diana’s murder case of a 27-year-old casual labourer Henry Nsamba, has been handed over to the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP).

While speaking to the media on the issue, Owoyesigire said that they have concluded the recording of statements from both sides and it will now be up to the Resident State Attorney to determine the way forward.

Owoyesigyire added that workers at Spice Diana’s home who were arrested a few days ago over this murder have also been released on bail.

“We are now trying to identify the culprits. For those who were arrested over this murder, they have been released on bail and we shall find out if they were part of the mob that killed the late,” said Owoyesigyire.
