Rema Namakula narrates how she was racially abused at the airport in Turkey

After witnessing racial segregation at Turkey Airport, singer Rema Namakula has expressed her shock.

In a video clip making rounds on social media, Rema claims that she was shocked that even in this era, some people in the world are still racially segregating fellow human beings.

According to the singer, she was en route to London where she is supposed to perform but while in transit at an airport in Turkey, some people were looking at them in an awkward way.

The Banyabo singer discloses that one kid even cried after looking at them.

“The mum of the kid pointed at us and called us maziike (baboons), ” reveals Rema.
