Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has revealed that an increase in life expectancy among Ugandan citizens is one of the outstanding achievements of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) government.

The Prime Minister made these remarks while attending a political talk show on a local television station.

According to Nabbanja, women used to have a life expectancy of 44 years while the men had one of 41 years. However, the minister notes that ever since the NRM government took over power, the life expectancy numbers have shot up to 65 for women, and 61 for men.

Nabbanja further added that she does not mind a lot about dressing and garments because she spends her efforts serving the country.

Nabbanja further noted that at the level she is playing, she is very much invested in her work that she has no time to consider vain things such as dressing.

She referenced her recent trip to Malaba where she had gone to inspect fuel prices yet her goal was to ensure that Ugandans get fuel.

The Prime Minister has been in the news lately due to a video clip that has since gone viral, therefore, making her instant meme material.
