Pastor Aloysius Bugingo has brought ordinary business to a standstill in the event that he is being introduced by his lover, Suzan Makula.
The “Kwanjula” is a customary marriage that fulfills the traditional parameters necessary for man and woman to become one.
This Kwanjula is a sequel to the pompous “kukyala” ceremony in which the city pastor made an official visit to the woman’s parents.
The ceremony has been characterized by high-profile names from the upper echelons of Ugandan society.
Notable among these is Frank Gashumba who has been noticed issuing fat envelopes of cash.
Gashumba seems to be acting the role of Bugingo’s financial henchman as he distributes cash to the Bako (in-laws).
Distributing cash to in-laws is a Ugandan custom conducted at customary marriage ceremonies in a move to buy or show affection for one’s better half’s family.
The proceedings between Makula and Bugingo prevail.
