National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Bobi Wine real name Robert Kyagulanyi has condemned Thursday’s scandalous conduct of Chief Justice Owiny Dollo where together with other seven judges refused to return while fellow judge Justice Esther Kisakye was delivering her minority ruling on Bobi Wine’s withdrawal of election petition.

Bobi Wine says Owiny Dollo should to resign from office with immediate effect, if he still has any conscience in him.

“No judge who demonstrates such vile disregard for the Judicial Code of Conduct should be left to get away with it,” says Bobi Wine.

He adds that Owiny’s conduct  validate feelings shared by majority of ordinary citizens that courts of law pay allegiance to President Yoweri Museveni but not to the Constitution.

Meanwhile, the presidential hopeful applauds Justice Kisakye’s conduct during all the ongoing ‘drama’ that even saw her blocked from delivering her ruling.

“I salute the Hon. Lady Justice Esther Kisakye for living up to the Oath she took to protect our Constitution. This is evidence that all is not lost. There is still hope for our country,” he says.
