Eddy Kenzo applauds Nessim for contributing to his AFRIMA award win

Eddy Kenzo’s gong shelf shimmers brighter every other season as the artist simply can’t stop bagging silverware.

The country joined the Sitya loss singer to celebrate his new award for best Male artiste in East Africa in the just concluded All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) 2021 award ceremony that was held in Nigeria.

The BET award-winner edged artistes Diamond Platnumz, Rayvanny, Harmonize, Darassa and Alikiba, The Ben, Meddy, Sauti Sol, Bensoul, Nviiri the storyteller as well as Lij Mic.

Kenzo took time off to thank fans and also accord special acknowledgment to super-producer, Nessim, who engineered his song Weekend which has been a topping chart single ever since its release.

“A big congratulations to all of us my people. East Africa juuuuuu. Producer Nessim gano manyigo muzey thank you so much papa. It’s a weekend,” Kenzo posted.

Eddy Kenzo went forth to thank his fans, the AFRIMA awards, nominees in various categories, and the artiste’s fraternity as a whole.

Kenzo was nominated alongside fellow Ugandans Bebe Cool, B2C, Spice Diana, and Afrie who were nominated in other categories.
