NUP SG Rubongoya graduates from University of Oxford in the UK

The National Unity Platform (NUP ) General Secretary (GS), David Lewis Rubongoya has graduated with a Master of Studies in International Human Rights Law at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.

Through his Twitter account, he celebrated the milestone saying; “Very delighted today to graduate with a Master of Studies in International Human Rights Law at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. God has been gracious. This award encourages me to continue pushing for the respect of rights & freedoms beginning with my country Uganda.”

Rubongoya attended Makerere University graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), then a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC).
