DJ Mavious: A journey from Namasuba to the international stage

Enock Mukiibi alias DJ Mavious ( Omwana w’eka) born in Namasuba 30 years ago, started his deejaying journey in high school when part of his family relocated to the United States of America.

At the time of relocation, Dj Mavious was aged 14. He used to deejay at several house parties in the states at the start of his music career, done music and promoted it at the same time.

Deejay Mavious has been on a couple of musical tours with some of the great musicians like Eddy Kenzo, Wiz Khalifa, French Montana and DJ 6pac among others.

During the COVID-19 global lockdown in 2020, DJ Mavious started being serious with making music. He is popularly known for his songs such as Bantuma, Kakuba, Boss among other others.

DJ Mavious said he couldn’t be happier except he is planning on releasing more music for his loyal fans since the sky is only the beginning for him.
