“Who told you a chameleon can stay in the same colour,” Ugandans react to Chameleone’s decision to denounce NUP

From the National Resistance Movement, Democratic Party, National Unity Platform and now back to NRM, former Kampala Mayoral candidate Joseph Mayanja popularly known as Chameleone yesterday denounced NUP and the news has since gone viral.

The celebrated musician who once vied for the NUP flag publically said that he is a true member of the ruling party and distanced himself from NUP.
“My friend, I am still your family, If you doubt that put up your cameras and record that. My greatest witness can be Mr. Toyota my friend I am still NRM I am not anywhere else,” said Chameleone.
Chameleone was handed a black Range Rover which was gifted to him by the ruling party chairperson. The excited musician knelt done as a form of appreciation.
