Police in Entebbe has arrested a one Kaye Moses for allegedly kidnaping neighbor’s kid aged 6 years and demanding a ransom.
The suspect first demanded for a Shs4 million ransom from the parents. CID spokesperson Twiine Charles explains that the suspect’s voice was clearly recognized by the father of the victim.
Twiine says that Kaye confessed to have murdered the kid and took police to where he had hidden the body.
“Decomposing body was retrieved and taken for P/mortem,” says Twiine.
