The past three years have been Spice Diana’s years. From holding successful concerts year in, year out to being one of the most endorsed musician by companies, Spice Diana has earned herself a place at the table of the Ugandan celebrated stars.

However Spice Diana doesn’t attribute her success to musical talent alone, while advising fellow musicians   Spice said that an artiste should have extra attributes to be great.

“Sorry fellow artists but I believe that hard work is always more important than talent. Talent may give you a head start; however talent can only carry you so far. Without hard work talent is basically useless. For example, sometimes a person may have a talent, but without working hard and striving for success talent doesn’t matter; it is the person that works harder that wins,” Spice Diana said.

The ‘Bajikona’ singer said that some musicians think that as long as they are really good at what they do everything is done forgetting that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

She also advised talented ‘Tumbiza Sound’ hitmaker, Ezzy who she says has a great talent but needs to do more than just releasing songs if he is to go miles.
