As the globe celebrates World AIDS day, Renowned MC and TV host Edwin Katamba alias MC Kats has joined in the celebration.

Katamba who left many people speechless last year when he came out and declared that he is HIV Positive says having AIDs has not stopped him from chasing his goals.

In the short post shared on his social media pages, Kats said that he has achieved many dreams including being the Uganda’s best MC.

“Having HIV has not stopped me from achieving any of my dreams. I have been the King of the mic in Uganda since I was a teenager,” MC Kats said.

According to Kats he believes that being with HIV is not the end of the world.

Kats has been living with AIDS for over ten years and he is one of the very few celebrities in Uganda who have come out to the world and openly talked about their status.
