Uganda has intensified its fight against COVID-19 pandemic and government together with the Health Ministry have issued a series of directives to prevent the further spreading of coronavirus.

Among the many guidelines issued, most of the vehicles have been banned from moving and people have been encouraged to either walk or ride on bicycles.

Though he is in the category of those allowed to sit in cars, Security Minister, Gen. Elly Tumwine has today decided to report to work on a bicycle.

Using a ‘fleet’ of bicycles together with his bodyguards, the general is seen smoothly riding a bicycle but his only challenge came when he attempted to stop but couldn’t locate the brakes.

In the video, the person who was recording the video is heard telling the General where the brakes are. The general instead had to use his legs to stop the bicycle.
