The popularized East African Meat Carnival has continuously proven that it is the perfect end-of-month food asylum for Kampala’s meat lovers who attend the food event at The Gardens in Najjera.
February’s edition of the meaty treats was one that left many satisfied from the all-you-can-eat eat buffet that only a pro chef like Mark Kaheru delivers best.
Revellers, as usual, started trickling in before sundown and were greeted by the aroma of well-seasoned meats, food-stuffs and Tusker Lite bottles that were in plenty for the night’s merrymaking episode.
It was the perfect chance for friends to catch up, interact and network while savouring their meals and listening to good ol’ East African music played by the DJ masters; DJ Cisse and Benon.
“The Meat Carnival has become more than just the meaty treats and music, it is more energetic, more colourful and our guests are the ones making this all the more worthwhile, something that we as a brand look out for with these events,” said Eliakim Atuhaire Tusker Lite Brand Rep.
The event has become a much-anticipated outdoors getaway for both foodies and thrill-seekers that takes place on the last Saturday of every month. Those who haven’t yet had a taste of the meaty treats need to prepare themselves for a special edition coming this March.
