Eddy Kenzo released this song following the massive positive reception of Ssemyekozo, and it has already calmed the storm that came with Ssemyekozo.
Tweyagale follows the ‘enjoy your life’ theme, as the lyrics talk about not caring much about all that you are going through and just enjoy your life.
Produced by A Steyn from Banq Records in Kampala, the song starts with a saxophone before the mid-tempo beat drops, and it keeps coming in selected parts of the song.
Kenzo’s self-written lyrics delivered in Kenzo’s unique voice we are used to, are talking about some low moments in his life, before rallying us to enjoy life, hence Tweyagale.
The video of the song was shot on a location in the forest, and although we have had some festivals set in the middle of the forest, the forest is not really the place you can tell someone to ‘eat life’ to the fullest.
Nevertheless, the choreography is good, having pretty woman and men dancing and enjoying themselves. This song might not reach the level Ssemyekozo reached, but it is surely growing on us.
