Being Valentine’s Day, Kampala party animals were treated to a Ciroc Pop Valentines Special Live concert at top Industrial Area-based night spot, Guvnor.
The mood was buoyant as Black Roots Unlimited featuring Tonya Michelle Ahenda, Julius Sese and Lisa Sonia performed classic soul R&B love ballads. From the décor to Celine Dion to Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, the revellers felt their money’s worth as they popped Ciroc bottles all night long and reminisced about the good times.
This was different from previous Ciroc Pop series, where the main act serve signature cocktails and music, the Ciroc Apple-sponsored night had Black Roots spice it up with love ballads from the reveller’s favourite musicians.
The wildly popular Ciroc Pop Night, which happens every second Friday of the month, continues to be one of the most attended theme nights. A hit with socialites and celebrities plus an eclectic mix of party people and fun lovers.
Past Ciroc Pop Nights have featured Bebe Cool, Sheebah, Winnie Nwagi, Kent & Flosso and not forgetting the international award winning Eddy Kenzo.
