Nancy Kalembe says Museveni stepping down will be his best act of love for Uganda

With many condemning the violence exhibited free Bobi Wine protests that erupted in different parts of the country on Wednesday , female presidential candidate Nancy Kalembe  has said there’s a need for change in government because people are fed up and desperate.

“If Museveni steps down and doesn’t run for presidency this time around this country will be calm. He will show us that he loves this country. That will be his best act of love for this country,” said Kalembe

Kalembe who was today on Next Radio  also said that Ugandans don’t believe that Covid is real because we are not sure whether we are fighting covid or change of government

“We are starting to believe that Covid is used as a weapon to manage and control Ugandans,” said Kalembe.

She also said that Uganda needs a peaceful transition but it’s not going to happen when we have one ruling party threatening people saying we have the majje

Early this week, Bobi Wine was arrested for flouting the Electoral Commission guidelines on Covid -19 and his arrest erupted in protests across different parts of the country. Bobi Wine was yesterday granted a non cash bail but his arrest caused the death of more than 30 Ugandans.
