Slow but Sure: Nobert Mao duly nominated to run for presidency says they delayed because they had hopes of building a sense of togetherness among forces of change

Amidst uncertainties, The Democratic Flag bearer Nobert Mao has been duly nominated to run for presidency in the forthcoming elections. While addressing the media shortly after his nomination, Mao answered the question on why DP delayed to hand in its signatures.

“Slow  but sure. We had to comply with our constitution. We had expectation that those who believe in change will have a sense of togetherness,” said Mao

Mao also said that Dp’s manifesto revolves around reclaiming the future that was stolen away from the people.

“Ugandans   now you know why DP has withstood for 66 years, you will never see prosperity until  we get a leader who cares for us. Tick DP and your future will be reclaimed.  We shall set up the stolen assets recovery tribunal will adjudicate your grievances,” said Mao

Mao also said that the only way the country’s ecomony can be fixed if the country is reclaimed from the regime,

“All Ugandans will be in the KIntu if DP is in government,” said Mao
