It is no secret that songstress Fille has had a difficult start to her ‘tweny tweny’ with her name being caught up in the mix of stories connected to her long-time boyfriend/baby daddy MC Kats.

The truth of the matter is that Fille has been under the radar as social media fell awash with the news about her on and off boyfriend.

News reaching us is that the dismayed singer will be making her first-ever public appearance of the year this Saturday at Silver Springs Hotel, Bugolobi at Kampala’s first Social Media Fest.

The ‘Sabula’ artiste will be performing her new song titled Fly Away, a song she dedicated to her baby-daddy who is allegedly battling mental illness.

She will be sharing the stage with other artists like Allan Tonix, Micheal Kitanda, DJ Xzyl and many others live at the Social Media Fest with Tusker Lite, the neon-party kings on board this Saturday.

Social media junkies will also get a treat with the many online-based activities like free WiFi, Snapchat Challenges, Selfie Challenges, Virtual Games, Live Streaming and #tagging, basically, an online junkies’ haven.

Entrance into the one-day event is free but one must register in advance via the link; https://bit.ly/2ucCBUM.

The main sponsors of the event are Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) and the Ruparelia Group of Companies. Other key partners include National Information Technology Authority-Uganda (NITA-U – internet partner), Next Communication, NBS TV and Nxt Radio (Media Partners) and Uganda Breweries Ltd.
