Many of you yesterday witnessed the proceedings at the ‘The Best’ FIFA Football Awards 2019 that happened in Milan, Italy. Although you detected the presence of many football stars, we guess you did not notice that even Uganda was ‘heavily’ represented.

Kibo Media’s boss Bobkins Kibirige, the organizers of Uganda Cranes home games especially at Namboole stadium was in attendance and had a chance to rub shoulders with different great football stars and officials from world football governing body FIFA.

The football promoter had photo moments with football stars like the night’s biggest winner Lionel Messi from Barcelona, Eden Hazard from Real Madrid and African legend Samuel Eto’o who recently retired from active football.

He also met the famous referee Pierluigi Collina plus FIFA President Gianni Infantino.

Other Ugandans that attended include; Uganda Crested Cranes Head Coach Faridah Bulega and FUFA Women Development Officer Joan Namusisi. The duo is attending a three-day 2019 FIFA Post Women’s World cup conference.
