All these people paid to see me so I am not moved by the few that have thrown bottles at me – Fresh Daddy

Fresh Daddy, real name Paul Mutabazi has been receiving and enjoying a lot of hype since he released his first song Mazike to mixed reviews. Due to this, he has been bar-hopping almost every weekend in search of more Mazike with his manager Kalifah Aganaga.

It is not all roses and rainbows though, as he has received backlash from some people alleging that he is stealing the shine from his son Fresh Kid, while others saying that the Luweero native doesn’t have a single grain of talent.

Among these is MC Kats who denied him the chance to perform at Wave Lounge a few weeks ago and the latest being some revelers at Aero Beach who threw bottles at the Mazike singer.

While performing his popular Mazike song at Aero Beach last night, some unscrupulous people threw bottles on stage to show their dissatisfaction with Fresh Daddy. He ignored them and kept on performing, until the MC interfered to ask what he thought about their actions.

“I know these things happen, so it is not that a big deal. Besides, all these people paid to see me, so I am not moved by the few that have thrown bottles at me,” Fresh Daddy replied.

Fresh Daddy is not the first to face long arm of the audience, as Bebe Cool was subject to the same treatment last year during his performance at the Tarrus Riley concert.
