Has Tamale Mirundi, the presidential advisor on media affairs just asked for a job of being the Kampala City Council Authority Executive Director on live Television?
“Kampala needs a person of my character to develop. I can change the city in six months. Firstly I am not driven by money and ‘mafias’ know what I am capable of doing if they go against me,” said Tamale while appearing on his weekly NBS Show.
Before bragging about having predicted the ‘mafia’ tendencies of Jennifer Musisi, the former KCCA ED, Mirundi said that it’s only a person of his character that can positively transform Kampala.
The motor-mouthed analyst who shared a similar assessment of Musisi like Museveni believes that the former ED got most of her development implementation strategies wrong because they usually left the common person jobless and counting losses.
Over the weekend while addressing the Teachers’ association, President Museveni labeled Musisi’s KCCA reign a flop saying; “I paid Musisi a lot of money to clean up Kampala but she didn’t.”
