After Parliament’s probe into Bank of Uganda closed with recommendations that he is compensated for the closure of Crane Bank, tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia took a well-deserved holiday to Nepal.
The tycoon mixed pleasure with charity and he kept his social media followers abreast with what he was up to from enjoying the Nepalese cuisine to bike rides.
On the charity front, the tycoon visited an orphanage in Katmandu and handed out scholastic materials.
A known conservationist who supports the likes of Ngamba Chimpanzee sanctuary in Uganda, Sudhir also visited a baby elephant sanctuary.
But the tycoon also picked up a news style and he has been spotted rocking a diamond earring on his left ear. Sudhir who is in his early 60s joked that his son Rajiv called it “mid-life crisis.” He says the earring is a gift that he decided to keep.
If there is anyone who works hard and plays hard, that man is Sudhir Ruparelia.
