The Government Administrator General has issued a court order barring the GoodLyfe Entertainment Management from releasing of a music album of the Late Mowzey Radio.
The announcement comes after news circulated that the deceased’s musical works titled Moses the Great, were to be released on January 25, 2018. As if that was not enough, an album listening Party was organized at Jose Chameleone’s DNA lounge on the same date.
“This is to notify the general public, all media houses and /or platforms that no entity should release any music belonging to the late Moze Radio without express authorisation from the Administrator General,” the letter read in part.
However, two days after the court order was issued. Several outlets are a still advertising the event while several celebrities have endorsed and promised to grace the function.
According to the Administrator General Act, it is his sole responsibility to oversee the assets of a deceased person.
“[Assets] or [property] means all property movable and immovable of a deceased person which is chargeable with and applicable to the payment of the deceased person’s debts and legacies or available for distribution among his or her heirs and next of kin and includes books, papers and documents,” the law reads.
