Ruparelia Group opens Electrical Plaza, two months’ free rent offer on this September

Meera Investments yesterday opened another property in downtown Kampala; Electrical Plaza that sits in between Market Street and Kiyembe Lane.

The property, consists 220 shops, 56 apartments two floors of parking.

Rajiv and Naiya cut the tape to open Electrical Plaza.

At the opening, Ruparelia Group Managing Director Rajiv Ruparelia cut the ceremonial tape with his wife Naiya. Group Chairman Sudhir Ruparelia was present and proud that his son is taking well after him and that the empire is in safe hands with Rajiv calling the shots.

The is the third property Meera Investments, which is Ruparelia Group’s property development arm is opening this year after the magnificent Kingdom Kampala and most recently Speke Apartments Kitante, a collection of 83 fully serviced apartments.

New tenants to Electrical Plaza have been enticed with two months’ free rent with the offer valid until the end of September and already several shops have been snapped up in this part of town that is known for electrical items.
