Fresh Kid beats Ykee Benda, Feffe Busi and Lydia Jazmine at the 2019 USA Carolina Music Video Awards

The organizers of the Carolina Music Video Awards (CMVAs) announced seven year-old rising star Patrick Ssenyonjo popularly known as Fresh Kid as the 2019 award winner for his music video Bambi.

The rapper couldn’t hide his excitement after winning the award as he posted on his social media to let fans know that he scooped the 2019 Carolina Music Video award and he thanked his fans for the support.

“This morning I have just landed on something big I didn’t expect, I have won CMVA, I don’t know what to say because I can’t believe it OMG, but all in all thank you Lord and my beloved fans, I’m proud of you people. All this is because of your time and effort, thanks for voting me,” Fresh Kid posted.

The younger star defeated big musicians such as Ykee Benda, Feffe Busi and Lydia Jazmine.

2019 has been a good year for the young star. Recently, he had his first ever visit to Dubai and not long after the visit, he has won an international award.

The goal of the “Carolina Music Video Awards” is aimed at offering worldwide recognition to artists who deserve to be honoured for not only their creative works but also as hardworking individuals who excel in debuting with their talents through visual performance and media.
